Why We Love This Deal
One of the newest home health trends has been the personal sauna with an optional cold plunge afterwards. There are a ton of home sauna styles, and infrared saunas are becoming particularly popular with one big catch: The cost. These saunas easily achieve a four-digit price tag even when on sale. There are a ton of differences between infrared saunas versus traditional steam-based styles, but from a consumer standpoint the price is the most jaw-dropping. Just look at this sauna that’s on sale at Walmart for under $100.
The Nepsam Portable Sauna Box is 38% off right now, making it just $94. The kicker? It can arrive on your door in just a couple of days with free shipping from Walmart. That makes it less than a tenth of the price of some of the best deals we’ve found on infrared saunas.

What Shoppers Should Know
- Size: 1 person (2 person option available)
- Dimensions: 31.2 x 31.2 x 70.8 inches
- Temperature Levels: From 107 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit
- Capacity: 3L
- Set Includes: Waterproof housing, steamer and connections, chair, remote control, and associated accessories
- Best Use Case: Use this for the benefits of a casual home sauna experience with traditional steam.
This kit provides everything you need to get a sauna up and running, from the housing to the hosing and even the chair to sit in, quite a feat for a $94 set. The included 1200-watt steam boiler has a three liter capacity, plenty for multiple standard sauna sessions of 20-30 minutes.
When you get to the store page there are four options, with one and two person versions of a Classic or Pro model. While upgrading to a two person model makes sense if you have room, the Pro version doesn’t seem worth it. There are two changes for the Pro model, it reaches 130 degrees Fahrenheit in 5 minutes, not 10, and has an infrared light.
But just because it has infrared light doesn’t mean you’ll get the full benefits of it. As the sauna experts at GeyserSteam say, you can combine steam and infrared but it’s tricky to do so in a manner that will help you achieve any benefits and, in fact, there may even be downsides. People want this, so Nepsam provides it, but I think you’re going to get everything you need out of the Classic version.

What Shoppers Are Saying
Users describe working up a nice sweat while inside. “I’ve only had it a few days now and every time I use it I’m pour down sweating like I was in a swimming pool.”
Another user, who has more than one of these saunas said, “First time assembly was about 35 minutes for me. The second time assembly was more like 10 minutes, if that.” Others confirmed it’s “great,” “awesome,” and “an amazing product.”
The Nepsam Portable Sauna Box is just $94 while this offer is available. It’s a very affordable sauna using good old fashioned steam. Head to Walmart to take advantage before it’s gone for good.
