What Are You Playing This Weekend? (17th October)

Tonight, the Spearess and I are going to a wedding, so I’ll just continue with my schedule:

Civilization VI (I’m in the waning moments of the Atomic Era in a run as Cyrus the Great leading Persia. I went into this thinking military domination but that idea was scuttled when I discovered that my competition included the Roman Empire, the Aztecs, Germany and, for crying out loud, Gran Columbia, which is easily the last military you’d ever want to face. I’ve pivoted to a space-race victory but am pretty far behind Germany and, to a lesser extent, the Aztecs. I’ve completely eliminated Brazil and the Netherlands and am now targeting Germany’s spaceport cities with my bomber planes. If I can take over one of those cities — Frankfurt — and bomb the other spaceports, I should be able to catch up.);

SnowRunner (The past week or so of this has been insanely frustrating and aggravating, thanks to one futile task that has had me going back and forth across the map with multiple vehicles and trailers without success. This one is in timeout for dancing on my last nerve.);

Red Dead Redemption (This one was intended to be the sidekick to Civ but got overtaken by SnowRunner. I’m in chapter one, playing This Is Armadillo, USA. Just completed my first bounty-hunter mission.);

Piczle Cross: Story of Seasons (201 of 354 puzzles completed.)

Happy gaming, everyone!
