Cadillac is turning 125, and it’s marking the occasion with the rarest Escalade it has ever built. Unveiled ahead of the United States Grand Prix in Austin, the 2027 Escalade-V 125th Anniversary Collector Series is the first Escalade to join Cadillac’s Collector Series, a lineup of limited editions that until now belonged to V-Series sedans like the CT5-V Blackwing. Production is capped at just 252 units across two exclusive finishes, with each color getting vehicles serialized from 1902 to 2027, one for every year of Cadillac’s history. Buyers can even pick their own VIN and serial number.

Inside, Cadillac has given the Escalade-V a mix of contrasting materials, commemorative details, and exclusive accents meant to match the rarity of the exterior.

The star of the cabin is a color: Santorini Blue. It’s the defining interior accent of this special edition, and it carries a lot of meaning for Cadillac’s performance brand.

The shade was inspired by the blue found in the Mondrian-style pattern of the V-Series emblem. Cadillac developed it as a visual link between the fifth-generation V-Series road cars and the V-Series.R race car.
18
Santorini Blue first appeared on the Cadillac Project GTP concept. Since then, it has shown up on V-Series race cars, road cars, and concept vehicles, including the Petit Pataud and Le Monstre Collector Series editions.

In the Escalade-V, it’s applied as stitching across a Black and Sheer Gray two-tone interior. The blue thread stands out against the darker upholstery without overwhelming the Escalade’s luxury feel.
16
The color also extends to the seat belts, which are finished in Santorini Blue. It’s a small touch, but one that’s hard to miss every time someone climbs aboard.
15
Illuminated sill plates mark the anniversary as soon as the doors open, while exclusive interior badging reminds occupants they’re sitting in one of only 252 examples.
14
Rounding out the package are premium floor mats designed specifically for the Collector Series and an exclusive blue key fob, so the anniversary theme follows owners even before they step inside.
13
The Escalade-V already has plenty of road presence, but the 125th Anniversary Collector Series adds a set of details that make it stand apart from the regular model. Cadillac describes the exterior as a mix of form, finish, and performance-inspired touches.

It starts with the paint. Buyers get two choices: an exclusive Midnight Stone Frost and Vibrant White Tricoat, both picked to play up the Escalade-V’s imposing size.
