Audi and Porsche will have to change their model line-ups and production arrangements to improve cooperation in the years ahead. By Ian Henry

The Volkswagen Group will change radically over the next few years, with production cutbacks, factory closures and a reduction in the overly complex model range offered. The core Volkswagen brand could see its global status diminished, and premium brands Audi and Porsche may be in a similar predicament.
