The model posted an image of a stomach-turning display that had fans guessing in the comments as to what it could be. “Phobias,” said one top comment, while another person wrote, “Is it one of those ovarian cysts that grow teeth and hair?” Others suggested she’s going as an animal with its stomach exposed or a Clicker from The Last of Us. Others had less gruesome ideas, including: “coral reef,” “sushi,” and a mermaid or “something from the sea.”
