Nintendo Switch Sports Resort is here. With 12 different sports, a surprising amount of single-player content and vastly improved character customisation, the latest series entry is a welcome improvement over its predecessor, and one that we can see taking pride of place in our game night line-up for years to come.

While we’re sure it will really hit its popularity peak during the holiday season, we’d wager that a fair few of you lovely lot have been heading back to Wuhu Island this weekend to see what’s up. For those of you that have, it’s time to let us know what you make of it so far.

In our review, Jim (that’s me, hello!) praised just about everything that Switch Sports Resort had on offer, awarding it a wonderful 9/10, saying:

While some of the 12 different sports might feel a little too safe, most of the classics feel better than they’ve ever been, and the newbies surprise and delight with some classic Nintendo intuition. Revamped customisation options and a surprising amount of single-player content both feel like open goals, but they also provide a great excuse to keep playing, even once the party is over. This just might be the Nintendo Sports series at its best.
