Whale Activity Jumps as $0.20 Support Sets Up a Potential Move Toward $0.26

Cardano (ADA) price prediction remains at a critical juncture as bulls defend key support levels while traders weigh the chances of a bullish recovery or further downside.

Cardano price is trading close to an important support area after another volatile stretch, with price action now beginning to attract stronger attention from larger holders. According to Brave New Coin, ADA is trading around $0.20, down 2.64% over the past 24 hours.

Cardano Approaches $0.197-$0.213 Support Zone

Cardano is moving into an area where the next meaningful reaction could begin. The four-hour chart shared by Crypto Crown places immediate support around $0.197, with the broader reaction zone extending toward roughly $0.213. Price is currently trading close to the lower end of that region after several weeks of declining momentum.

The ADA chart also highlights liquidity around $0.189, which makes the lower part of the range particularly important. A brief sweep into that area followed by a recovery would still fit the bullish scenario. If buyers can establish a base here, $0.213 becomes the first level to recover, followed by approximately $0.2356. The larger resistance sits near $0.2592, which would become increasingly relevant if Cardano starts producing higher lows from the current zone.

ADA Whale Activity Picks Up Near $0.20

The timing is positive for bulls because the surge in whale activity is arriving while ADA is still trading near support rather than after a major breakout. Large transactions picked up as price moved from around $0.21 towards $0.23, suggesting bigger players are becoming more active as Cardano tries to build a base.

If that activity continues while ADA holds around $0.20, it would strengthen the idea that larger holders are positioning ahead of a recovery rather than simply reacting to strength. That would give bulls a better foundation for another push toward the higher resistance zones.

Cardano Ascending Channel Keeps $0.30-$0.36 in View

Cardano is still holding inside the broader ascending structure that has shaped the recovery from its earlier lows. The latest pullback has brought ADA price back toward the lower part of that channel, but price has not yet broken the sequence of higher lows that has supported the move so far.

The immediate question is whether ADA price can recover the mid-$0.20s and start pushing back through nearby resistance. A sustained move above that area would improve the structure and bring $0.30 into focus, while continued strength would leave the upper part of the channel around $0.35-$0.36 as the next larger area to watch.

The technical setup is also being supported by activity around the Cardano ecosystem. The Money Ape points to Pump.fun bringing roughly 17 million monthly active traders into the broader environment, while Charles Hoskinson continues working on privacy-focused transaction infrastructure. Those developments do not determine the next price move on their own, but they give the recovery a stronger backdrop if buyers can keep the channel intact.

For now, the structure remains strong above the lower channel boundary. A break through the mid-$0.20s would provide stronger confirmation that the rebound is developing into something more sustainable, while failure to hold the channel would weaken the path toward the higher targets.

Contrary View: Zig-zag Structure Could Drag ADA to $0.150

Cardano may still have more volatility to work through before the broader recovery becomes cleaner. Kevin Mercer’s chart maps out a zig-zag structure in which ADA continues to alternate between sharp rebounds and deeper pullbacks rather than moving higher in a straight line.

The chart places the current price near $0.217, with the projected corrective path extending toward roughly $0.15-$0.145 before a stronger recovery phase develops. That makes the $0.20-$0.19 region an important intermediate area to watch, as a failure to stabilize there would keep the lower target in play.

The broader recovery case therefore does not necessarily depend on ADA rallying immediately from current levels. If price eventually establishes a base around the $0.15 area, the projected structure leaves room for a much stronger rebound toward roughly $0.25-$0.27 during the next expansion phase.

For now, Mercer’s view keeps expectations measured: ADA could remain volatile through the corrective leg, but a successful base around $0.145-$0.150 would preserve the possibility of a larger recovery toward the mid-$0.20s.

Cardano Moving Averages Under Pressure

Cardano remains below its main short-term moving averages, leaving the 12-hour structure tilted bearish despite the latest attempt to stabilize near $0.20. The chart shows the 5-period average around $0.2130, the 20-period near $0.2136, the 25-period around $0.2152, and the 30-period near $0.2177.

That alignment keeps overhead pressure in place because price is trading beneath the full cluster rather than reclaiming it. The averages are still sloping lower, suggesting the broader short-term trend has not yet turned, even though selling momentum has started to cool.

A recovery through roughly $0.213-$0.218 would be the first sign that ADA is beginning to regain control of the trend. Until then, the moving averages continue to act as dynamic resistance, with price needing to move back above the cluster before the recovery can look more convincing.

Final Outlook: Can Cardano Price Prediction Rally in Q4?

Cardano price enters the next stage of Q4 with a more interesting setup than price alone suggests. Whale activity is rising, the broader ascending structure remains intact, and several technical views still leave room for a larger recovery if buyers can continue defending the current region.

For the broader outlook, the next recovery through the mid-$0.20s would begin bringing the larger Cardano Price Prediction targets back into focus. A sustained move higher could reopen $0.30 first, followed by the $0.35-$0.36 region, while continued weakness would keep ADA in a corrective phase for longer.
