Boxing fans won’t have to wait until December to see Tyson Fury on Netflix. A documentary centered on the heavyweight star is set to arrive on the streaming giant in November, ahead of his highly-anticipated showdown with Anthony Joshua.
Netflix has announced the imminent arrival of TYSON FURY, a documentary chronicling the life and career of the former boxing heavyweight champion.
“TYSON FURY traces the boxer’s journey from childhood to the height of his sport, exploring the experiences that shaped the man behind the fighter,” reads the pic’s description. “Charting his meteoric rise, subsequent fall, and road to redemption, the documentary features never-before-seen archival footage and candid interviews with Tyson, his wife, and his father. The film goes into Fury’s loss of a child, complex family relationships, and struggles with mental health and addiction — it explores what it means to be a man.”
Directed by Lucy Wilcox, TYSON FURY will premiere on Netflix on Friday, Nov. 27, one day after the United States Thanksgiving holiday. Two weeks later, Fury will fasten his gloves for his long-awaited fight against Anthony Joshua.
Fury vs. Joshua will also air on Netflix, streaming live from the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on Dec. 11. The bout will mark the first time Fury and Joshua, both former WBA heavyweight champions, fight professionally.
Fury’s upcoming documentary will span 90 minutes, with Optomen producing and George Waldrum serving as executive producer. Nick Hornby and Tina Flintoff came aboard as its creative directors.
The official trailer is out now, showing archived and present-day footage of Fury.
Across the Netflix platform, Fury, 38, previously starred in the reality docuseries At Home with the Furys. His boxing match against Arslanbek Makhmudov also streamed live in April 2026.
