Why We Love This Deal
Many of 2026’s latest TVs have great speakers, but that hasn’t always been the case. If your audio isn’t excellent, you’ll want a soundbar to make things better. Right now there are a ton of JBL deals at Walmart, ranging from the brand’s portable waterproof speakers to its home sound systems, like this one that’s now $70 off.
The JBL Cinema SB550 is now $159 with free shipping. It’s a cool TV upgrade that includes both a soundbar and a subwoofer, and will give your sound depth and direction without being a headache to set up. It should make this holiday season a blast with your family.

What Shoppers Should Know
- Includes: Soundbar, subwoofer, remote
- Soundbar Length: 37.4 inches
- Audio Channels: 3.1
- Connections: Bluetooth, HDMI ARC, optical
- Sound Tech: DTS HD high-resolution audio
- Best Use Case: An approachable TV audio upgrade.
If you’re looking to upgrade your home audio, the number one thing to know about this is that it is a 3.1 sound channel system. No, that doesn’t mean that there’s a tenth of a speaker you need to worry about. Instead, it tells us the main soundbar has three channels of sound (left, center, and right), and there’s a bass channel that comes from the 5.25-inch subwoofer.
This system is going to be incredibly easy to set up, too. You can use Bluetooth, HDMI ARC, or an optical connection, and the subwoofer connects wirelessly. Overall, this is going to provide headache-free bass and dynamic sound for fall and winter movie nights.
What Shoppers Are Saying
One user described the set as “user-friendly” and said, “No additional work needed for the soundbar and subwoofer sync. You will have your soundbar/subwoofer operational in minutes.”
Another discussed the sound quality. “Acoustics in the room are really impressive. JBL is known for bass, and this stands out.”
The JBL Cinema SB550 is now $159 and a perfect pickup for sports viewing, family movie nights, and fall TV to come.
