Parcels Takes United States To Austin City Purview Weekend One

On phase, Australian electropop band Parcels are the total superstar plan: fascinating, lively, and propulsive. Off phase, they’re simply a team of average individuals who love Coke Zero, Japanese scotch, and Geese

Minutes before the indie-pop collective took over Zilker Park with its Daft Punk-level grooves at Austin City Purview on Oct. 4, members Jules Crommelin, Noah Hill, Patrick Hetherington, Louie Swain, and Anatole “Toto” Serret used their “hive mind mindset” by splitting a box of Mike & Ikes and switching instruments backstage. It’s not precisely their common preshow routine– focused sugar products are a large no-no on their rider– but after their memorable efficiency on the Miller Lite phase, perhaps it must be.

If you didn’t get to catch them on Weekend One, you’ll have one more possibility to catch them when they play Weekend Two on Oct. 11 But also for currently, please appreciate Parcels’ recap of ACL W 1 below, solely on NYLON.
