They’re rated I-J for color, near colorless, and I2-I3 for clarity, the lowest grades on that scale, though we think it’s hard to notice given that there are so many small stones packed tightly together. All of the diamonds are set in sterling silver electroplated with white rhodium, a rare precious metal from the platinum family that gives the silver a mirror-like finish and enhances the look of the diamonds. A post and friction back closure ensures these earrings will remain in place, even with the regular wear they’re sure to receive.
