To mark the launch of the platform, Maxim is accepting applications for two exclusive inaugural photo assignments that will take chosen photographers across Europe to shoot magazine print features.
Assignment: Flash (Rome & The Amalfi Coast)
- The Vision: Capturing the essence of Italian luxury, high style, and coastal indulgence.
- The Brief: The selected photographer will embark on a journey to Rome and the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. From private villas overlooking the Mediterranean to classic sports cars cruising along coastal cliffs, you’ll be tasked with bringing Italian luxury travel to life for the pages of Maxim. We are looking for sun-drenched, high-contrast, cinematic visuals that scream jet-set elegance.
Assignment: Contrast (Paris)
- The Vision: Raw, high-fashion street and lifestyle photography curated in black and white.
- The Brief: Paris is a city built on timeless style, and Contrast is about capturing its soul through a bold, monochromatic lens. The chosen visual artist will hit the streets of Paris to shoot fashion-forward street culture, high-end nightlife, and intimate lifestyle moments. This assignment demands an eye for shadow, light, texture, and candid storytelling to create a dark, moody, and sophisticated vision of Parisian life.
