The specialty US automaker wants to talk about the 2027 Wrangler at large, clearly revealing all the novelties for the new model year, including the pricing and order details.

Stellantis is busy picking up the pieces after the previous business strategy proved to be pernicious, and the new management is putting all the brands on the right track – although some faster than others. Jeep, for example, is of utmost importance for the North American division, and has received its need fair share of attention.

Unfortunately, a recent hazardous material spill incident forced an evacuation at the Toledo Assembly Complex, where Jeep manufactures two of its most important models, including the Wrangler, which sees the light of day in the North Plant. Alas, that doesn’t mean they stopped revealing the novelties.

So, after explaining everything that’s new about the 2027 Jeep Cherokee, now it’s time to find out all the juicy details about the 2027 Wrangler. The 2026 model year has 13 models available to configure, starting with the two-door Sport at an MSRP of $36,035 (sans the destination of $1,995) and concluding with the Moab 392 kicking off at $79,995.

Now, the 2027 model year roster starts from $36,635 for the same Sport 2-Door model, and now there are only 11 models to configure, right up to the Moab 392, which has unchanged pricing. The novelties for the 2027 model year include the Wrangler Sport, Sport S, and Willys models featuring a standard 7-inch TFT color instrument cluster, while Sport S and Willys also add standard passive entry.

Also, the two-door Willys receives the same standard vented power dome hood as the four-door model, while the Sahara trim level now has standard McKinley trimmed seats, side steps, a nine-speaker Alpine premium audio, embedded navigation, rear park assist, blind spot and cross path detection, auto-dimming rearview mirror, auto high-beam headlights, universal garage door opener, and a front off-road TrailCam.

The Rubicon adventurers gain standard heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, as well as embedded navigation. Most importantly, five of the Jeep Wrangler Twelve 4 Twelve special editions will remain available for the 2027 model year: Moab 392, Willys 392, Whitecap, Rewind and Rockslide. Coming with late availability, there’s a host of new exterior colors: Gobi, Sting Gray, Hella Yella, plus the limited-edition Fathom Blue, while first-ever paints Ghost and the limited-edition Gum 31 make their debut.

Under the hood, the Jeep Wrangler has three powertrain options. The base is the 2.0-liter inline-four turbo mill with 270 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque, paired only with an eight-speed auto. The intermediate option is the 3.6-liter V6, naturally aspirated, with 285 hp and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, paired with a six-speed manual transmission or the eight-speed automatic gearbox. Last but not least comes the mighty 6.4-liter (392ci) Hemi V8 engine packing 470 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque.
