Thanks to the immense popularity of Amazon’s Prime Video streaming service, a show needs to find massive success to stand out on it. That is what makes it so remarkable that Chris Pratt’s action thriller The Terminal List has become its top series.
‘The Terminal List’ Has Become the No. 1 Show on Prime Video
The website FlixPatrol provides daily lists of the top 10 TV shows and movies on the most notable streaming services. Its data offers a fascinating look at how Chris Pratt’s action thriller took Amazon by storm over the last several days..
On October 21, 2026, all eight episodes of The Terminal List season 2 premiered on Prime Video. The next day, on October 22, the show was included on FlixPatrol’s list of Prime Video’s most-viewed series globally at No. 3. It would rise one spot on October 23 and finally reach No. 1 on October 24, where it remained on October 25. Becoming the most-watched series worldwide on a service that is as popular as Prime Video is a truly massive achievement for any show.
When a show or movie premieres at No. 1, that is often understandably seen as the ultimate indication of its success. However, it could be argued that debuting lower and then rising to the top slowly but surely is an even greater accomplishment. After all, that indicates that the title reached No. 1 not solely due to the initial hype, but due to a building interest over time.
Given how users on Rotten Tomatoes have reacted to The Terminal List, it isn’t surprising that the series has garnered a groundswell of support from viewers. The series currently holds a truly impressive 91% Popcornmeter score on Rotten Tomatoes. That metric is determined by audience reviews. The vast majority of even popular series aren’t able to achieve a score that high. For example, one of the most popular Prime Video action series, Reacher, currently only holds a 77% Popcornmeter score on Rotten Tomatoes.
