JetBlue has introduced daily nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Cali, Colombia, offering travelers an alternative to connecting when flying to one of the country’s largest cities. The new route began service Oct. 15, giving South Florida residents another option for vacations, business trips, or visits to family and friends in Colombia.
Cali will be JetBlue’s fourth destination in Colombia, following Cartagena, Medellín and Barranquilla. To celebrate the launch, the airline is offering limited introductory one-way fares starting at $139 in Main economy and $239 in EvenMore, though booking and travel restrictions apply.

There is a limit on the introductory fares. Travelers must book their trips by October 16, 2026 for travel between January 19 and March 9, 2027. Promotional fares are valid for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only and are subject to availability. Optional fees for baggage and other items may be charged.
The new route is part of JetBlue’s wider expansion at Fort Lauderdale, where the carrier has added 12 nonstop destinations since December 2025 and has increased daily departures by more than 75% compared to the same year-ago period.
In November, JetBlue also plans to start flights to Columbus, Indianapolis and San Diego from Fort Lauderdale. The airline’s largest schedule at the airport to date will feature more than 150 daily departures during peak travel periods this winter.
