Taylor Sheridan is bringing a piece of his Texas ranching empire to the Las Vegas Strip.
The Yellowstone creator’s Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse is moving into a permanent home at MGM Grand, where it is expected to open in early 2027, according to Casinos.com. The restaurant previously operated as a pop-up at Wynn Las Vegas for roughly two years.
The new location will offer prime-grade beef and signature cuts sourced directly from Sheridan’s Four Sixes Ranch in Texas, along with dishes inspired by the Lone Star State. The restaurant will take over the former Crush American Grill space at MGM Grand.
The Steakhouse Is Bringing Beef From the Real Four Sixes Ranch
The Four Sixes Ranch isn’t a fictional piece of Sheridan’s Western universe.
Sheridan and a group of investors purchased the historic Texas ranch in 2022. Located in Guthrie, Texas, the property dates back to 1870 and spans approximately 260,000 acres, making it one of the country’s largest working cattle ranches.
There were previously rumblings that the ranch would spawn another Yellowstone spinoff, but Sheridan confirmed that the concept was never going to and will never happen.
Now, some of what comes from that ranch will make its way onto plates in Las Vegas.
According to MGM Resorts, the steakhouse’s culinary program will feature prime-grade beef and signature cuts sourced directly from Four Sixes Ranch, alongside Texas-inspired dishes and ranch recipes. The restaurant will also offer craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and rare spirits.
The Restaurant Will Look Like a Sheridan Production
The Western atmosphere won’t stop at the menu. MGM says the restaurant will feature digital walls displaying custom footage curated by Sheridan, giving diners an immersive look at the landscapes and spirit of the American West.
The dining room is also being designed by Charisse Cardenas, a production designer whose credits include Landman, Lioness, The Madison, and American Sniper.
Essentially, the restaurant will be something of a crossover between Sheridan’s ranching interests and his Hollywood career.
When Will Taylor Sheridan’s Steakhouse Open?
MGM Grand currently says Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will open in early 2027, but an exact opening date has not yet been announced.
Additional details, including specific menu items and programming, are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Reservations, hours and pricing have also not yet been released.
