Tom Brady Launches $39 Aescape Robot Massage

Tom Brady spent 23 seasons proving longevity isn’t accidental. Now, he is turning one of the most important parts of his recovery routine into a robotic massage that almost anyone can book.

Brady and Aescape have introduced the Brady Protocol, a 30-minute deep-tissue session inspired by the bodywork that helped the former NFL quarterback prepare, recover, and return to the field throughout his career.

The treatment uses Aescape’s robotic massage table and adaptive body-mapping technology to target the full posterior chain, beginning at the calves and moving through the hamstrings, glutes, back, and trapezius muscles.

“Consistent bodywork is one of the most important things you can do to take care of yourself,” Brady said in a statement.

The partnership began in 2025, when Aescape acquired the exclusive rights to Brady’s recovery and longevity protocols. Brady joined the company as an investor and chief innovation officer, taking an active role in developing treatments rather than simply attaching his name to the technology.

The finished treatment is more intense than a standard Aescape session. It begins with deeper pressure and minimal warm-up, then moves through the muscles with sustained and cross-fiber strokes. Users remain in control of the experience. A touchscreen lets them increase or decrease pressure, pause treatment, or spend extra time on a specific area. Before the session begins, the table scans the user’s body and adjusts the movements to fit their proportions.

Brady’s involvement makes sense. His career became closely associated with muscle pliability, preventative bodywork, and the belief that recovery should be approached with the same discipline as training. His longtime work with body coach Alex Guerrero helped shape the philosophy behind the new protocol.

The Brady Protocol is now available across Aescape’s network, including participating Equinox and Life Time clubs, hotels, wellness destinations, and Massage Envy locations. Sessions begin at $39, although prices vary by location.

Brady’s complete longevity routine may be difficult to replicate, but borrowing 30 minutes from his recovery playbook is now much easier.
