Why We Love This Deal
Clean up your yard and drastically increase your storage space with this one simple trick: Grab a heavy-duty canopy storage shed at Walmart. The retailer is serving up incredible deals on these sheds right now, and this spacious model—it’s big enough to fit a car inside—is available for under $300.
The Ventopyr 13×20 Heavy-Duty Car Canopy is on sale for $253, is still in stock in the gray and khaki colors (both were recently restocked), and ships for free. This canopy storage shed is the perfect size for housing a vehicle or all kinds of yard gear, and it’s a great deal for this level of storage: It beats the prices for similar canopy storage sheds at Target, Wayfair, Macy’s, and Quictent.

What Shoppers Should Know
- Dimensions: 13 x 20 x 9 feet
- Doors: 2
- Materials: Powder-coated steel, polyethylene
This shed features a fairly standard materials list—a sturdy powder-coated steel frame that supports a triple-layer polyethylene tarp—but its shape and size make it a really smart buy, especially if you live in a cold-weather area.
Snow is heavy, and shed reviews are full of horror stories about canopies ripping under the weight of a big snowfall. That’s not an issue with this model, however: The canopy has a rounded roof shape, which helps sleet and snow slide off instead of accumulating on the top. Better yet, this model encloses 260 square feet of interior space, giving you plenty of room to park a car, store riding lawnmowers, shelter your motorcycle collection, or store all kinds of other bulky gear.
Of course, it’s not just for storage. You can also turn it into a workspace, or put a table and chairs inside for outdoor events—the dual doors at each end will promote airflow and make this shed surprisingly comfortable.
What Shoppers Are Saying
Walmart shoppers called this canopy shed “very nice and sturdy,” and one reviewer praised its spacious footprint, noting it “fits my car or my motorcycle with my work bench.” Another shopper agreed, saying it’s “like adding a customizable room to my home.”
Canopy storage sheds are selling really fast at Walmart as fall settles in—a similar option I covered recently is already sold out. At $253, this Ventopyr model is one of the best bargains online for a canopy shed of this size. Grab yours today before Walmart sells out—it’s happened before, and it could happen again.
