A build-it-yourself outdoor cabinet is a simple, inexpensive way to turn an underutilized corner of your yard into a storage powerhouse. They’re particularly great for folks whose garages are crammed full of stuff, and right now Walmart has a steel cabinet on sale for nearly half off.
The Yodolla Outdoor Metal Storage Cabinet is on sale for $140 at Walmart, 48% off its normal $270 price tag. This deal is only good on the dark gray colorway of the larger (22- by 30- by 70-inch) model. The smaller option is just $5 less, but it does come with an additional covered area (that has a roof but no door) if that’s something you’re interested in.
This sleek cabinet is made of steel, and it weighs 75 pounds, so you can be confident it’s built solidly. It also has triangular support beams in the doors, reinforced corners on the exterior, and magnetic doors with additional lock holes for maximum security. Inside, you’ll find a trio of adjustable shelves, so you can optimize this cabinet for your needs, whether that’s storing long tools, smaller items, and anything in between. Each shelf can hold up to 70 pounds, so they can hold anything you might reasonably expect them to.
