Nothing is more exciting than seeing an unhinged Nicolas Cage (“Spider-Noir,” “Longlegs”) take big swings in a new movie and have fun with a role, and it looks like the upcoming thriller “Best Pancakes In The County” will keep that tradition humming as Cage is opting for a prosthetic nose that is certainly an actor’s choice.
