Barbara Palvin returned to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway only six weeks after giving birth to her first child.
The 33-year-old model walked in the brand’s 2026 show in Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 18. For her return, Palvin wore a romantic sheer pink negligee covered in script lettering. She completed the look with rosy makeup and a voluminous, bouncy blowout.
Backstage, Palvin opened up about returning to work so soon after welcoming the couple’s daughter, Sylvie.
“I’m going to be six weeks postpartum tomorrow, which is, I think in the U.S., most people have to go back after six weeks,” she told PEOPLE. “So it’s not that big of a deal.”
Although Palvin downplayed the timing, she described the opportunity to participate as a meaningful show of support for mothers.
“I’m feeling great,” she said to the outlet. “I think it’s very empowering that the Victoria’s Secret team is having me at the show and we’re supporting women.”
Palvin also characterized her first few weeks of motherhood as a “roller coaster” while she and Sprouse adjust to parenting.
The couple announced Sylvie’s arrival on Sept. 28 but suggested that she was born several weeks earlier, around Labor Day. Their announcement included a photograph of the new family wearing matching Los Angeles Dodgers jerseys while watching a game.
Palvin celebrated another milestone shortly before the fashion show, turning 33 on Oct. 8. She marked her first birthday as a mother by sharing photographs of herself holding and nursing Sylvie while surrounded by nature.
The model is no stranger to overcoming physical challenges before a Victoria’s Secret appearance. Sprouse revealed that she walked in the 2025 show while recovering from a broken foot.
This year’s show moved from New York City to Los Angeles and included Gigi Hadid, Anok Yai, Alex Consani, Paloma Elsesser, and Abby Champion. Palvin’s appearance marked her personal return as she stepped onto the runway for the first time as a mother.
