Why We Love This Deal
Want to keep your car, lawn mower, or lawn gear out of the rain and snow this season? No need to spend $100K on a new garage or pole barn—look toward a canopy shed instead. Sure, spending the extra money would guarantee permanence, but if you just need something temporary that can be taken down at some point, these inexpensive sheds are the better option. How affordable can they get? This stout canopy storage shed is now available at Walmart for a bargain price.
Walmart is now selling the Hoteel 10×20-Foot Heavy Duty Canopy Storage Shed for $280, a 43% discount off the normal price. That’s a solid deal for a full-coverage storage shed of this size, especially when you factor in that the discount more than covers the $100 shipping fee. It beats the price of many canopy sheds like it, and because of that, it’s likely on its way to selling out, as this top-rated canopy shed did just recently. And, as for size, this one should work well for most looking to store cars, smaller boats, and all their lawn equipment.

The first thing that stands out here is the reviews section. Somehow, it seems like wires got crossed, and all the reviews are for a skateboard, not a canopy shed. However, I’ve been covering these kinds of sheds for weeks in the lead-up to and start of fall—here’s why this shed might still be worth pulling the trigger on, based on others I’ve seen.
This canopy shed has a familiar mix of materials, including a sturdy frame made from galvanized steel pipes and a heavy-duty polyethylene tarp covering that forms the roof and walls. These specs are exactly what you want—they make the shed durable and waterproof, and they offer the kind of protection you need to keep your gear out of the elements. And at 10 feet wide by 20 feet long, it’s the perfect size for storing bulky gear, like a riding lawn mower, or even a compact car. (Don’t need that much space? Consider this more compact model for $100.)

In addition, this tent rises above “standard” canopy sheds with its curved roof and walls design, reminiscent of a military Quonset hut. The curved roof is better at shedding snow than a typical triangular roof, and that makes it a great choice for colder climates. Accumulating snow is a real hazard for canopy sheds, as it can cause them to collapse. But that’ll be less of an issue with this design.
Although it’s not technically on sale, the $280 Hoteel 10×20 canopy storage shed is a standout deal, and with the shipping cost covered in the discount, I’m guessing it’ll sell fast. Grab yours now before Walmart runs out of stock.
