Kylie Jenner delivered one of the biggest surprises of the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, making her runway debut for the lingerie brand in a dazzling Fantasy Bra featuring a yellow diamond reportedly valued at $22 million.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder stepped onto the runway on October 18 in Los Angeles, marking an unexpected appearance at the annual fashion spectacle. While her older sister Kendall Jenner has a long history with Victoria’s Secret, this time it was Kylie who took center stage.
And she wasn’t wearing just any lingerie.
Jenner modeled the return of Victoria’s Secret’s iconic Fantasy Bra, which had been absent from the show since 2018. Designed in collaboration with luxury jeweler Jacob & Co., the creation was reportedly valued at $50 million, including a centerpiece yellow diamond that the jeweler valued at $22 million.
Although the total value of the Fantasy Bra has not been publicly disclosed, Jacob & Co. founder Jacob Arabo described his ambition to create the most expensive version in the brand’s history.
The return of the Fantasy Bra marked a significant moment for Victoria’s Secret, reviving one of its most recognizable runway traditions after an eight-year absence.
But the surprise extended beyond the catwalk.
During the broadcast, cameras cut to Jenner’s boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, and her mother, Kris Jenner, watching from the audience. Kris’s longtime partner, Corey Gamble, was also in attendance.
Chalamet was seen cheering for Jenner, adding a rare public glimpse of the couple’s relationship to an already unexpected runway moment.
Her appearance was particularly notable given the Kardashian-Jenner family’s history with the brand.
Kendall Jenner made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut in 2015, returning in 2016 and 2018. The supermodel has not walked in the show since its revival in 2024 and was noticeably absent from this year’s runway, despite the participation of longtime friends Gigi and Bella Hadid.
While Kendall has traditionally been the family’s representative on major modeling runways, Kylie has built her own presence in the fashion industry through campaigns, brand collaborations and her growing fashion ventures.
The beauty mogul is no stranger to the catwalk, having previously walked for Coperni during Paris Fashion Week in 2024. However, her Victoria’s Secret appearance marked a new milestone, placing her among the models participating in one of the industry’s most recognizable fashion events.
The 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show marked the event’s return to Los Angeles following two consecutive editions in New York City after its 2024 revival. The evening featured established models including Gigi Hadid, Adriana Lima, Ashley Graham and Anok Yai, alongside performances from Tate McRae, Megan Thee Stallion, Megan Moroney and KATSEYE.
Jenner’s unexpected debut, the return of the Fantasy Bra and the presence of Chalamet and Kris in the audience made the Kardashian-Jenner family part of the evening’s runway conversation, even without Kendall participating in the show.
