The “Brothers” co-stars blend their respective tequila, gin, and vodka brands for a spirited riff on the Long Island Iced Tea.

Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson may never settle their long-running debate over whether they may actually be half-brothers—but they can certainly drink to it.
Years after co-starring on HBO’s True Detective, the longtime pals are teaming up again for their new Apple TV series, Brothers. To celebrate the launch of the show, the duo is taking their bond behind the bar with a custom cocktail, the Blue Blood.
The spirit-heavy sipper mixes the actors’ respective drink brands into a single glass, combining Matthew and wife Camila McConaughey’s Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila with Woody Harrelson’s Harmony Gin and Origen Vodka. A bright blue take on the famously strong Long Island Iced Tea, the Blue Blood aims to balance its triple-spirit base with fresh lime, honey syrup, curaçao, and a kick of chili tincture.
Fans looking to order the signature creation in person can find it on menus at select bars nationwide, including Buddy’s in New York City. For those who want to mix it up at home, the full recipe is below.
