NFL Super Bowl 2027 Odds Entering Week 6

The 2027 NFL season is finally starting to take shape after five weeks. The first several games are notoriously fickle. It takes a little time to truly see who is good and who is already planning for the draft. The teams with the best odds should be true contenders entering Week 6. Here’s who is most likely to win Super Bowl LXI entering Thursday Night Football.

5. Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs were on a bye last week, so they are one of three perfect teams remaining in the league as we hit the middle of October. Kansas City’s dynastic potential has been given life thanks to Kenneth Walker III (this Seahawks fan can’t believe they let him go). The Super Bowl MVP from last season is averaging over 134 rushing yards per game entering this week’s matchup with the winless Chargers.

4. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens went into Atlanta and won on Sunday Night Football in Week 5 without Lamar Jackson. Anytime a team wins without a quarterback that good, it’s a sign of special potential. Baltimore is really getting into a groove under new head coach Jesse Minter.

3. Buffalo Bills

Buffalo is still just the Josh Allen show. Is that ever going to be enough to get over the hump? We won’t know until January whether the Bills are going to be any different in the postseason than any other year, but right now the betting odds suggest that four-time Super Bowl losers will be back in the big game for the first time in decades.

2. Los Angeles Rams

The Rams are impervious to dropping in the public eye even after an ultra-disappointing start. At 2-3, Los Angeles isn’t in any sort of position to win the Super Bowl as they trail the 49ers by three games in the loss column. This is the first time this year that they haven’t been number one in betting odds.

1. San Francisco 49ers

The Niners had a very impressive road win in Seattle to cement themselves as the best team in football right now. They are now the favorite to win the Super Bowl, but health is always the biggest factor in the Bay Area. As long as the team has Fred Warner, Brock Purdy, and Christian McCaffrey, they should be respected as a major threat to win any game.
