Give me an N-I-K-E. To launch the first outerwear collection from NikeSkims, the compound mega-brand comprising athleticwear giant Nike and Kim Kardashian’s billion-dollar shapewear label has recruited the University of Alabama cheer team, the reigning UCA Division 1A cheerleading champions.

The idea is simple: NikeSkims is pairing existing body-contouring foundations with extra ways to layer in cooler weather, expanding the comprehensive head-to-toe concept previously pushed by the Spring 2026 collection, for which Kardashian herself modeled.

The Outerwear collection is anchored by two new material “franchises.” Sherpa combines Nike’s high-pile Therma-Fit material with a soft brushed interior and recycled nylon contrast panels to create soft, warm layers, including a vest, half-zip jacket, and hooded jacket. Crunchy Nylon offers more structure via a water-repellent fabric with a voluminous textured face that’s used in a cropped jacket, hooded parka, 2-inch short, and wide-leg pants.

“With NikeSkims, we want women to feel confident and put together, and this collection takes that even further,” Kardashian said. “The outerwear adds a whole new layer to the wardrobe and gives women even more ways to style NikeSKIMS throughout their day. I’m especially excited about the University Red colorway. It’s bold, effortless and brings so much energy to the collection.”

In honor of its collegiate models, the NikeSkims outerwear collection is launching in University Red across several franchises. Matte, the line’s sculpting, mid-level compression fabric built with Nike Dri-Fit technology, and Weightless Layers, the semi-sheer, quick-dry range, both get the colorway. So do Performance Cotton Blend, a softer Dri-Fit fabric aimed at everyday wear, and the new Crunchy Nylon. The red also extends to footwear and accessories.

Returning franchises round out the collection in additional colorways. Weightless Layers and Airy, the ultralight open-weave mesh range designed for layering and low-impact activity, supply the breathable, quick-drying pieces. Stretch Knit brings light, soft layers with a flattering drape, and Stretch Nylon adds stretchy running-style pieces. Performance Cotton Blend and Matte return alongside them.

The new NikeSkims Outerwear collection and other fall styles will be available globally October 22 at Nike and Skims’ websites.
