Why We Love This Deal
How much would you spend to keep your car, boat, or UTV protected from sun damage, rain, bird droppings, falling acorns, and other common yard hazards? Consider this: Repairing a vehicle’s paint job can easily cost hundreds or more. With that in mind, this Walmart deal on an open-sided carport is not only a fantastic bargain but also great insurance for your vehicle.
The Dateyes 10×15-Foot Carport is on sale for $150, a 41% discount from its normal price of $255. Bonus: The gray colorway ships completely free (the white option is the same $150 price when shipping is factored in). And for just $10 more (including the shipping cost), you can get a 10×20 foot model. Overall, the Dateyes carport beats the prices of other popular 10×15 options at Walmart, and it also beats the prices of similar budget-friendly options at Wayfair and Bed, Bath, & Beyond.

What Shoppers Should Know
- Materials: Galvanized steel frame, synthetic fabric canopy
- Dimensions (LWH): 15 x 10 x 9.9 feet
- Coverage Area: 150 square feet
This carport features a frame made from galvanized steel poles, and it’s covered with a synthetic fabric tarp. The frame snaps together easily, shoppers report, and the tarp offers effective protection from UV rays, rain, and other falling debris. The open-sided design won’t completely protect your items from the elements, but it does make this carport more versatile.
With a strand of string lights, you can transform it into a pleasant outdoor seating area, and the open sides make it easy to access whatever you have stored underneath the canopy. At 10 feet wide and 15 feet long, this shelter is large enough to fit a car or even a compact crossover SUV like the Mazda CX-5.
